Projectude Platform Terms of Service

Welcome to Projectude! By accessing or using our platform (www.projectude.com), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which govern the use of the project management system offered by Projectude. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• User: Any individual or legal entity that creates an account on Projectude.
• Project: Set of information registered in the system, created or shared by users.
• Collaborator: User invited to contribute to one or more projects.
• Service: Features provided by the platform such as dashboards, comments, filters, among others.

2. Platform Usage

Projectude offers a modern and responsive environment for project management with the following features:

• Creation, editing and sharing of projects.
• Invitation and management of collaborators.
• Comments assigned with status and responses.
• Application of tags, filters and performance charts.
• Dark/light mode, help center and notifications.

Misuse of the platform, such as sending spam, fraudulent use of data, or any activity that compromises the security and stability of the service, will result in account suspension or deletion.

3. User Account

When registering, the user commits to providing true and updated information. Account use is personal and non-transferable. It is the user's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

4. Plans and Payments

Projectude may offer free and paid plans, whose prices, features and limitations will be clearly described in the "Settings > Plans" tab.

Payments are processed via credit card, with viewing and history accessible to the user.

Non-payment may result in account resource limitations.

5. Sharing and Collaboration

Users can share projects with other members through the "Shared with me" and "Collaborators" functionality. Each collaborator may have distinct permissions, defined by who created the project.

6. Comments and Archiving

All comments made within projects must be respectful and objective. Projectude is not responsible for opinions or content generated by users, but reserves the right to intervene in cases of violation of the rules.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Projectude respects the privacy of its users. Registration data, projects and interactions will be treated according to our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (GDPR).

8. Limitations of Liability

Projectude is not responsible for direct or indirect losses, service interruptions, data loss or misuse of the system by the user. Although we maintain good security practices, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
